Business as Usual at Lamberts

As we all concentrate on ensuring that our people and clients are safe and that our respective businesses can continue to function during these extremely challenging and uncertain times, we want to reassure you that the Lamberts team is working tirelessly to ensure that we are able to continue to provide you with as near normal a service as is possible, whilst continuing to follow the very latest advice from the UK Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.

Our company has a comprehensive IT infrastructure in place which enables our staff to work efficiently and securely from home.  As such, we are very much working on a business as usual.

Please be assured that we are actively continuing to monitor the very latest advice from the Government and if the situation escalates further in the coming days and we are required to close our offices in London and Cardiff, we want to reassure you that we have a comprehensive business continuity strategy and robust procedures in place.  We will continue to be available by telephone, email and tele-conferencing to support you throughout this challenging period.

 

Please note, however, that our phones may be busier than usual and our staff are already receiving higher volumes of emails.  As such, it may take us longer than we would like to respond to some of you.  If you send an email, please wait patiently for a reply – there is no need to send several emails.
