Our in house computer aided design (CAD) allows us to provide a full range of CAD services including measured surveys, lease plans, and design services.

An essential part of any Building Project is the knowledge of contract administration and the finer points of the many forms that such contracts can take.

We regularly act for both landlords and tenants in respect of dilapidations matters on a wide range of commercial property.

We act for managing agents and commerical property owners in preparing maintenance schedules of their properties to determine the extent of repairs required, timing and an indication of costs to allow budgets to be set.

We are able to offer Rebuilding Cost Assessments based upon BCIS build costs subject to variation as appropriate derived from our own build cost experience.
