We regularly negotiate Scaffold and Oversailing Licenses on behalf of clients.

Scaffold and crane oversailing licenses are often required where there are no rights of access to maintain a building or to aid the construction of a new development.   Whilst some rights of access are given under the Party Wall Etc., Act 1996,  on many occasions a separate scaffolding license is required, particularly in respect of maintenance projects.

Crane ovesailing licenses are generally restricted to major development sites and it is often necessary to negotiate with multiple owners surrounding the development site.

We have considerable experience in acting for both Licensors and Licensees, in respect of drafting licenses, preparing schedules of condition and negotiating license payments.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
