Christopher Street, London, EC2
Lamberts Building Consultancy Department were instructed by clients to undertake cyclical maintenance including external redecoration and repair of this substantial early 19th Century Mansion Block.
This is the second time we have dealt with the cyclical maintenance of this particular block. We also provided advice in respect of window replacement for the block which was subsequently not pursued due to cost implications. A detailed specification was prepared and contractors invited to tender.
The successful contractor Pavehall PLC completed this project in a contract period of 35 weeks and the works were completed within budget. We have now been instructed to undertake the refurbishment of the communal entrance including the redesign of the external canopy which is extremely dated and out of keeping with the block.
Value: £500,000
