Our in house computer aided design (CAD) allows us to provide a full range of CAD services including measured surveys, lease plans, and design serivces.
Our in house CAD team are able to prepare detailed measured surveys of all types of buildings, along with lease plans for conveyancing purposes.
We also offer a design service as part of our contract administration package and over the years have been involved in the conversion of a number of buildings to residential flats and prepared Planning Permission drawings, Building Regulation drawings and working drawings.
Other projects have included new build industrial units and new build residential developments.
