Lamberts have refined a comprehensive Property Options Report designed to provide advice to clients considering the appropriate approach to take in relation to property default or debt issues.
This report is prepared by a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and subject to review by a Registered Fixed Charge Receiver to ensure that appropriate advice is provided that addresses all options available to the lender.
Valuation expertise is at the core of the Property Options Report however the input of a Lamberts Receiver ensures that the maximum value is derived from this expertise.
